Refund policy
At Rudesind, we are committed to provide our customers with high quality products and services. Therefore we reassure that our products are in exceptional condition when being packaged and ready to ship. Which is why we do not offer a refund policy all sales are final and non refundable.
Damages and Issues: In the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective item or you receive a wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We value our customers and we will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
False Chargebacks/Fraud: Please note that any false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
